best spinning bike shoes image

I have Specialized mountain bike shoes with SPD cleats, mostly for use in spinning. Every two or three times I wear them, I notice the cleats getting lose on one of the shoes. So I have to tighten them frequently. Does this indicate that the shoe or the cleat has a problem and may need to be replaced?

I spin a lot and find that my Sidi road bike shoes leave my feet feeling sore. Are there any specific models of shoe that you would recommend for heavy spinning?

That Sidi shoe is NOT necessarily for spinning classes it is for serious road racing....no wonder it hurts! Probably not fit right to your foot either.
