How to convert recorded songs on a keyboard to sheet music?

Ok I just mastered the Animal Crossing introduction from the original GameCube and, I finally decided to make my own spin off. It sounds really good and I would like to document what I created into music form. I have recorded the song on my keyboard and now I'm ready to convert it.

Can someone please point out some good music converter software and, tell me how to take my recording off my keyboard so I can convert the song. I have a MIDI cable that I can use I just don't know how to access the keyboards recording files.

Some are called System; some have my first name. The most obnoxious one is called âTrusted Installer.â Iâve found hundreds of unwanted little programs on my computer. Some are little snips of videos of boys riding BMX bikes (I have no children) and backgrounds called âBaby Boy.â There are audio and music files I didnât ask for, didnât download, and have no use for.

What are some good clean songs that get your adrenaline pumping?
