I took the aggitator assembly out and the grinding noise is still there. Do i have a worn out Drive block?? Help.
it aggitates and spins just fine, except for the loud grinding noise.

Possibly the drive block or could be the gearcase. Here's a helpful video.

One time I washed a pillow and it ripped and a bunch of stuffing came out well I got it all out of the washer and the next time I went to use it, I had your same problem. So I took all the water out with a cup and some towels tipped it over and started looking at everything I took a lot of it apart and turns out there was stuffing from the pillow in there. That was 4 years ago and its still working great. If nothing like that happened then you can find a youtube video on how to repair it. Good luck.
