best spin cycle to buy image

Just bought front laoding washer and dryer. The dryer works great.But everytime the washer goes on the spin cycles it pivets around my laundry room. And thats on low spin cycle. No matter how much or how little clothes I put in it the washer still goes crazy on the spin cycle. can someone please help me. I literally have to hold the washer in place.

It sounds off balanced. However, considering it's new I would call customer service. I'm assuming you've already tried shifting the wash-load around inside the machine, adjusting the "feet" on the underside of the machine, and know the floor is level. If all those things are fine, there may be something wrong with the machine itself.

My washing machine's wash cycle will not turn on, but the rinse and spin cycle work, does anyone know what it could be? The brand is Roper by Whirlpool, it is about 3 years old! My husband wants to go and buy a new one, but I think it can be fixed.
Thank you everyone, it was the timer switch, the repair guy just left, with $150!
