my gym uses the keiser M3 bikes. I am 5'4.5 and 110 pounds... The bike usually says 400-450.. I push myself as hard as possible and i usually use gears from 10-16 and 70-120 rpms.... is it accurate?
P.S when i hear a hear rte monitor it says 700 which there is just no way..
What is the most accuratete?
Is the Polar worth buying?

A heart rate monitor is FAR more accurate than the bike as it takes into account your stats (height, weight, gender) as well as your exact heart rhythm. I'm not sure what you have at the moment but one with a chest strap is more accurate than one without.

What is the better indoor spin bike? Keiser or Spinner NXT? Or do you have other suggestions?

I recently purchased a Schwinn IC Pro indoor cycling bike and it's perfect in every way. Unfortunately I don't have any experience with the two bikes you mentioned but I definitely like my Schwinn.
