best spin bike in australia image
Ford
I've been before.
The A380 or what ever, does it in 1 trip. flying east across europe, like every other flight right?
Well if the plane is trying to catch up to australia, because the earth spins anti-clock wise ( i think), why don't we just fly america way?
because then the earth is spinning and wouldn't the speed of the plane double? Because the horizon moves at something like 500miles per hour? and the plane goes 500-600miles per hour. therefore cutting journy time down from 22hours to like 11-12 hours?
Answer
nooo. that doesnt work. thats not true. the earth spins, yes, and the plane travelling the same direction as the earths rotation doesnt mean it is going to go backwards if it is travelling slower than the earth. the planes speed, if you want to add in the earths rotation. is the speed of the plane plus the speed the earth is rotating at. (in the same direction of course).. its like being on a bike, boat, in a car, or any moving form of transport, and throwing a ball or other object in front of you while going forwards on the mode of transport. the speed the ball is travelling is the speed of the vehicle AND the speed at which you threw it. this also relates to the theory of relativity. whether you are on the vehicle throwing the ball, or watching someone throw it from outside the vehicle. because relative to each person is a different outcome or speed and travel distance, look, etc.. i remember asking my grade 6 teacher this same thing when i was like 11. LOL :P

what is a good bmx bike to get?
Nick
i am 5"11 and want a bmx bike for park. i want brakes, i want to be able to do barspins, and i would. also like it to be around $600. please help!!!
thanks in advance!
Answer
Don't go with Haro, they're almost Walmart quality. most young riders are going with Kink, Fit, WTP, or if ur in Australia... Colony bikes.
$600 should get you a pretty good light bike. If you want to be able to do bar-spins, you will either need a bike with no back brake and the front brake cable running down through the stem and out the bottom of the fork steerer tube, or you want a bike with back brakes and a gyro attached on the stem, which will allow you to spin the bars without any of the cables tangling up.
